Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at feryelaouadi2021@gmail.com. After that, orders may have already been processed and cannot be changed.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery takes 1-3 business days within the United States.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. Standard shipping rates apply for orders under $100.

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future!

How do I care for my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking beautiful:

Remove jewelry before swimming or showering
Store in a dry place when not wearing
Clean gently with a soft cloth

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will make it right.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We're so sorry if this happens! Please email us at feryelaouadi2021@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will review and resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
